Peter runs the office and business space Agency Team at Wadham and Isherwood Guildford. He has over 30 years experience in agency matters having worked at King & Co and St Quintin earlier in his career in Central London but since 1997 he has been at Wadham and Isherwood where he has spent virtually all of the last 15 years dealing with agency matters in Surrey, North Hampshire and the South West M25 areas generally.

Mark Isherwood is head of retail agency and investment.

His early career in the 1970’s was at Healey and Baker (Now Cushman and Wakefield) dealing with the letting of shopping Centres.He then became Property Manager of a multiple retail opticians based in Camberley before re joining the agency world at Messenger May Baverstock (Now Lambert Smith Hampton) in 1981.

Mark founded Wadham and Isherwood with Nigel Wadham in 1986 an opened a Guildford office.Further offices were subsequently opened in Farnham,Woking,Camberley and Staines so covering  much of the Surrey and bordering Hampshire and Middlesex areas.

James started his career at Christie & Co in 2004 where he specialised in licensed commercial property, later moving to GL Hearn in Soho, dealing with both commercial and residential land acquisition. Tim Alden joined Wadham & Isherwood in December 2016 from Romans Commercial, formerly Meldrum Salter Edgley, where he was a partner and head of commercial for more than 10 years specialising in commercial property asset management. Prior to this Tim managed a listed property portfolio based in Guildford having spent the earlier part of his career in major central London Private Practices.
Tim is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer specialising in commercial property asset management, valuation and landlord and tenant mostly in South West London, Surrey and North Hants. Clients include a number of property companies and private individuals.

Based in Farnham Chris deals with Agency and Professional matters, including all aspects of commercial property.

Chris has worked in the commercial property industry since 1975 when he joined Taylor Rose in the West End dealing with all aspects of the commercial agency market.

In 1981 he joined Weller Eggar’s commercial department in Farnham, working with Geoff Reeve, being involved in all aspects of the commercial property sector. In 1989 with Geoff he set up Wadham & Isherwood (Farnham) where he continues to practise, since 2010 as a consultant. Peter Miller is a Consultant to the Farnham office and specialises in professional work including valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals etc.

Peter has a wealth of experience in the local area having trained at the District Valuers office before moving to Weller Eggar in Farnham where he became head of the commercial department undertaking professional work.

In 1976 he jointly set up Pilgrim Miller & Partners in Fleet which he left to run a property investment company, MCS Properties. Peter joined Wadham & Isherwood Farnham as a consultant in 2003.

As well as being a Chartered Surveyor Peter is an accomplished guitar and banjo player in a much acclaimed West Country Jazz Band and is also a fully qualified instructor in the art of fly fishing!!

Geoff Reeve has worked in the commercial property industry since 1969 when he started his training in London at Conrad Ritblat moving on to Chestertons in the City – he specialised in retail property at both companies. In 1976 he moved to Farnham to head up the commercial department of Weller Eggar with whom he worked for 13 years until the firm was taken over.

In 1989 with Chris Lock he set up Wadham & Isherwood (Farnham) where he has continued to practise. Although Geoff’s speciality continues to be the retail sector he is also active in the development and investment field and continues to deal with general day to day agency.

Notable achievements include the acquisition on behalf of J Sainsburys of their stores in Farnham, Alton and Godalming:

  • Lion & Lamb Yard – Geoff continues to provide disposal and management advice on this much acclaimed shop and office scheme which he helped acquire for Wolfe Properties in 2007. He has been involved in the centre since conception having helped put the site together for Arundel House Securities and continuing in the role of letting agent up to the present day.
  • Viking Park, Bordon – Providing development advice and acting as sole agent in securing occupiers for a 20 acre development site with consent for business use and leisure, the site recently being the subject of a Local Authority Feasibility Study.
  • Tindle Newspapers – An ongoing role providing general property advice to Sir Ray Tindle the proprietor of Tindle Newspapers in respect of his substantial commercial property holding in the immediate area.

Steve brings a lot of experience and authority to his advice. 35 years as a planner, with 18 of those as a Chief Planning Officer at Waverley BC. As well as dealing with a variety of case work (town centre redevelopments, airfields, poly-tunnels, traveller sites, enforcement etc), he understands how planning departments work. He has also been a technical adviser to SERPLAN and SEERA on transport and environmental issues. We estimate his signature has appeared on over 40,000 planning decisions…!
