Ordnance Business Park is a joint venture between East Hampshire District Council and the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership to provide much needed business premises on the former Ordnance supply unit site (OSU).
EHDC intend to be the most business friendly Council in the country and this project is another indication of that ambition. Once occupied, the buildings will generate rental income which will be reinvested in the local economic development projects and help contribute towards the Council's plans to be financially independent.
The business park once completed will comprise two office buildings along with a block of three industrial warehouse units.
Block 1 will comprise a two storey air conditioned office building available to rent as a whole or floor by floor.
The architects have confirmed the net internal floor areas to be as follows:-
Ground Floor - 2,443 sq.ft. (227 sq.m.)
First Floor - 2,443 sq.ft. (227 sq.m.)
Total Area - 4,887 sq.ft. (454 sq.m.)
N.B. Consideration will also be given to splitting floors. Further details on request.
The building or individual floors are available on new lease(s) for a term to be agreed. There will be an additional service charge to cover common part expenditure. Further details on request.
Each party to be responsible for the payment of their own legal costs incurred in the letting.
