Acting on behalf of Hutley Woking and Ashdown Capital, Wadham & Isherwood have let the Grade A offices under the Premier Inn at 24 Church Street West, Woking to PRC Architecture & Planning Ltd.
The 47,000 sq.ft. self contained ground and first floor unit was let on the basis of a full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years, subject to rent review and a tenant’s break at the end of the fifth year of the term at a rent of £105,000 per annum exclusive (£22.50 per sq.ft.).
Commenting on the deal, Peter da Silva said that the letting provides further evidence of good rents being achieved in the continued take up of Grade A office space in Woking and is further evidence that Grade A office accommodation always lets first regardless of market conditions.
The letting of this unit now brings take up of Grade A accommodation in Woking over the last six months to approaching 150,000 sq.ft. There is now virtually no availability of this quality of accommodation for immediate occupation in Woking town centre at the present time.
