Waverley Borough Council have announced that Japanese restaurant and noodle bar Wagamama has committed to be part of the new Brightwells development in Farnham and will join Odeon Cinemas, Marks and Spencer and ASK Italian.
Wagamama has taken a 3,300-sq ft unit on a 25-year lease. The 95-cover unit is adjacent to the six-screen Odeon cinema and faces onto the development’s new town square.
Bruce McArthur of Crest Nicholson said: “Wagamama is a perfect match for Farnham and this fourth pre-let reaffirms the fact that the scheme is attractive to top names. Both retailers and restaurant operators are continuing to show very strong interest in Brightwells and we expect to announce further new names in the coming months.”
