GCL have taken a 15 year lease, subject to tenant breaks at the end of the 6th and 10thyears of the term, on the remaining 11,524 sq.ft of the second floor at 3000 Cathedral Hill at an initial rent equating to just under £22 per sq.ft. per annum exclusive.
