The fact that Wadham & Isherwood Farnham celebrated their 25th year in business almost went unnoticed. 1st March 1989 was the day that the company was set up by Chris Lock and Geoff Reeve who previously had run Weller Eggar Commercial based in Farnham. The original Wadham & Isherwood office was at 15 South Street, Farnham.
Much water has flowed under the bridge since that date and many deals have been agreed by the firm who moved to Borelli Yard in 1990 subsequently purchasing the freehold interest in No. 8 and which they now occupy as their HQ.
The firm has gone from strength to strength and during that time have acted for a wide variety of clients ranging from private individuals to major institutions all of whom appreciate the fact that the firm offers total commitment from all the staff ensuring that clients succeed in their aim of either disposing or acquiring commercial property.
Although Chris Lock is now a Consultant the continuity of personnel has ensured that the quality of service has been exemplary and the firm is able to draw upon the wide knowledge that Chris Lock and Geoff Reeve have built up as a result of their active involvement in the commercial market in the local area for over 60 years between them!
They have been joined by Nick Reeve who is now the Managing Director, ably assisted by Matthew Seary. They are also able to draw upon the wide depth of knowledge offered by two consultants Peter Miller who deals with professional work and Steve Thwaites, the ex-chief planning officer with Waverley Borough Council, who looks after planning matters for the company.
