In response to increasing demand and strong business growth Wadham & Isherwood have expanded its existing Valuation and Commercial Property Management team.
Tim Alden joined Wadham & Isherwood in December 2016 from Romans Commercial, formally Meldrum Salter Edgley, where he was a partner and head of commercial for more than 10 years specialising in commercial property asset management. Prior to this Tim managed a listed property portfolio based in Guildford having spent the earlier part of his career in major central London Private Practices.
Tim is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer specialising in commercial property asset management, valuation and landlord and tenant mostly in South West London, Surrey and North Hants. Clients include a number of property companies and private individuals.
Tim’s appointment will enable Wadham & Isherwood to expand both its Commercial Property Management and professional services departments ensuring that the firm continues to offer its trade mark hands-on service which is so valued by its many clients.
