The Mall Fund has appointed Centros as its development manager for an extension of up to 250,000 sq ft at the Mall in Camberley.
The Aviva Investment and Capital & Regional joint venture plans to develop the extension on a 5 acre site between the A30 London Road and the existing 377,000 sq ft centre in the town.
The scheme is expected to include a new anchor store and be worth between £75M and £100M when completed.
The trio are working up a masterplan and a planning application is expected to be submitted by the end of next year.
Surrey Heath Borough Council has also appointed Montagu Evans to work alongside Capital & Regional, Aviva Investors and Centros.
The Centros appointment comes after Sovereign Land bought an 87.5% stake in the urban regeneration specialist in July.
