Formerly a Public House, Passfield Oak, a building of c 7,000 sq ft on an acre site has been sold by Wadham & Isherwood to OAA Developments for a price of £750,000.

The property, which dates back to the early part of the 20th Century, is prominently located on the B3004 which links to the east with the A3 at Liphook and to the west with the A325 at Bordon.

The purchasers who acquired the freehold interest with the benefit of a change of use to C2 (Care Home), anticipate following substantial refurbishment works that the Care Home will be open by the end of 2017.
