Wadham & Isherwood acting for BMO Real Estate Partners, have secured a new 10 year lease with Quortus at Building A, Watchmoor Park at a rent of £18.50 per sq.ft.
Quortus enables mobile communications networks that provide a foundation for innovative services tailored to a diverse range of end customers. They are relocating to Camberley from Guildford.
The 7,520 sq ft ( 698.6 sq m) office is situated on the second floor of Building A within the prime Business Park of Watchmoor Park, which is located half a mile from J4 of the M3. A further 14,604 sq ft of office space is still available in Building A in two self-contained floors. The building has been comprehensively refurbished to a very high standard consistent with modern requirements.
