Queen Elizabeth Foundation Fifth Shop Acquired


Acting for the Queen Elizabeth Foundation one of the leading disability charities, Geoff Reeve of Wadham & Isherwood Farnham has acquired for them two more retail units to add to their existing 14 shops.  128/130 Guildford Street, Chertsey was acquired at the beginning of May on the basis of a new lease direct from the landlord whilst 99 Central Road, Worcester Park completed during the first week of June.  Three shops were acquired for QEF in 2013.  This brings the total number of QEF retail units to 16.

The charity are keen to further expand their retail operation and towns of particular interest are Cobham, Esher and Egham.  Geoff Reeve who has acted in all the acquisitions commented that it is very pleasing to be able to assist this highly deserving charity that help so many people with physical and learning disabilities or brain injuries to gain new skills and increase their independence and I have been particularly impressed by the work they undertake.  They are a forward looking charity and their retail side which provides much needed income are refreshing clients to act for dealing with each acquisition in a highly professional manner.
