Preparing for the Energy Act 2011


From 1st April 2018, or sooner, it will become unlawful to let a property which has less than an E rated Energy Performance Certificate. If a property has an F or G rated certificate it may only be let after qualifying works have been undertaken. Research has shown that these works could include new lighting systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems – and even new roofs.
