The Blackwater Valley / M3 office market has been given a much needed boost as Bachy Soletance, one of the UK’s leading geotechnical specialists chooses to relocate its southern headquarters to Claudius, a stand alone office building on the prestigious Watchmoor Park office development in Camberley.
Wadham & Isherwood, acting of behalf of Watchmoor Estates have just concluded negotiations with Bachy Soletance who have agreed to take a new 10 year lease with a 5 year break option on Claudius, a 12,000 sq ft office building with 59 allocated car spaces. As part of the deal agreed Watchmoor Estates will be carrying out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building with Bachy Soletance intending to take occupation in June.
The letting to Bachy Soletance follows hot on the heels of the letting of Building C to Novartis, a major international pharmacutical company who signed a a lease for a new 64,000 sq ft headquarters building at Watchmoor Park, Camberley.
Both lettings are a major boost for the South East office rental market and the letting to Novartis is considered to be the largest office lease transaction along the M3 corridor for the past three years.
