LETTING OF GRADE II LISTED OFFICE BUILDING IN FARNHAM

Wadham & Isherwood (Farnham) acting for a local property investment company have successfully concluded a letting of this Grade II Listed building which totals approximately 5,500 sq.ft. plus a unique rear walled garden to Brasserie Blanc. Brasserie Blanc will soon be undertaking an extensive refurbishment to create a new dining facility for the town. Wadham & Isherwood (Farnham) in conjunction with their in house planning consultant, Steve Thwaites of Cogito Consulting were instrumental in pursuing detailed discussions with Waverley Borough Council’s Planning Department and their Listed Building Officer. Further detailed discussions were conducted prior to the application with English Heritage, The Georgian Society and the Farnham Society to ensure that the fabric of the Listed building is protected and yet achieving workable restaurant accommodation for the tenant. Brasserie Blanc were advised in the planning negotiations by PNW Design Limited Architects from Richmond.
