LAMRON DEVELOPMENTS’ SUCCESS AT ALTON INDUSTRIAL SCHEME

Lamron, advised by Wadham & Isherwood and Hurst Warne, has let or sold 93% of its Riverside industrial/distribution scheme in Alton, Hampshire.

The units, ranging in sizes from 817 sq ft to 9,222 sq ft (76 to 857 sq m), were completed at the beginning of 2009 and, despite the recession, have proved very popular with local SME’s with rents of up to £9 per sq ft and sale prices equating to £133 per sq ft having been achieved.
