Acting on behalf of a private client Wadham and Isherwood have just completed the sale of19-27 South Street and Victoria House, South Street.  The property is an excellent example of a mixed use investment with office, retail and residential elements let on various short term interests as well as the potential for some future development.  The price paid reflected a yield of less than 7.5% and the level of interest expressed shows that people remain keen to place their money in commercial property.
