East Hampshire District Council (‘EHDC’) has appointed Wadham & Isherwood and Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell as joint agents to market its new mixed used development currently under construction in the centre of Liphook.
Ordnance Business Park, located on Midhurst Road, Liphook is a joint venture between EHDC and the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership to provide much needed business premises on the former Ordnance supply unit site (OSU).
EHDC is looking to become one of the country’s most business-friendly councils and this project is another indication of that ambition. Once occupied, the three buildings will generate rental income which will be reinvested in local economic development projects and contribute towards the Council’s plans to be financially independent.
With completion expected in November 2017, Ordnance Business Park comprises two office buildings and a block of three industrial warehouse units. The offices will benefit from their own toilets and kitchen area and there will be a passenger lift and shower facilities in Block 2.
- Block 2 is the largest of the three buildings with a total space available of 5,814 sq ft (540 m2). The three storey air conditioned office building is available as a whole or floor by floor.
- Block 1 totals 5,814 sq ft (434 m2) over two floors. The air conditioned office building is available to rent as a whole or floor by floor.
- Block 3 comprises three industrial warehouse units totalling 4,068 sq ft (378 m2) which will be available to rent individually (3 units from 958 sq ft (89 m2) or combined. Each unit benefits from its own front and loading doors, 3 phase power, WC with Unit 3 also having separate office accommodation on the first floor.
