Highly Satisfied Client as Wadham & Isherwood acquire 5,000 sq.ft. on the Guildway, Guildford


Acting on behalf of Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd, Wadham & Isherwood
have acquired the north wing of Accolade House, Guildway, Guildford. The north wing
comprises approximately 4,661 sq.ft. and Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd have
taken a lease until December 2015 at a rent of £22 per sq.ft. per annum exclusive. A
significant rent free period was agreed as part of the deal.

To enable the acquisition of the new space, Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd agreed a sale on their current building at 3 Lammas Gate, Meadrow, Godalming. The 999 year ground lease on this 1,776 sq.ft. self-contained building was sold for a figure in excess of £300,000 to Jupiter Systems Ltd.
