Acting on behalf of Fern Howard, Wadham & Isherwood, Farnham have negotiated an early surrender of the company’s leasehold interest in Unit 1 Bordon Trading Estate and a subsequent sale of the freehold to BROXAP.
The unit comprised industrial space of 32,165 sq.ft. to include ancillary offices and a self contained yard/parking area. Fern Howard’s lease expired at the end of 2012 at a rent of £140,000.00. BROXAP acquiring the freehold for the price of £1.35 million. BROXAP’s acquisition was on behalf of their subsidiary company, Hand Made Places Ltd, who were already on the Bordon Trading Estate, however due to the expansion of their business, needed larger premises.
