The 180 hectare QinetiQ owned Cody Technology Park is proving extremely popular with High Tech / R&D businesses. This former MOD site (Defence Evaluation Research Association) comprises approximately 1.2million sq of smart offices, labs and production accommodation. It is ideally located just half a mile from junction 4a of the M3 and adjacent to the TAG operated Farnborough Airport that plays host to the internationally renowned Farnborough Air show.
Cody Technology Park is the international HQ for QinetiQ, the UK’s largest research and technology organisation specialising in defence, aerospace, security and related markets employing around 1400 staff on site. Following the departure of the Government owned Defence Science & Technology Laboratory in 2010 approximately 200,000 sq ft of labs and offices were freed up and the decision was taken to open the site to external tenants. We have since welcomed a number of major corporate occupiers including GE Oil & Gas, Renesas, Ark Continuity, Frazer Nash, Guava, and Datum Datacentres and we are now up to 600 tenant employees.

3,500 sq ft of labs to Biocompatibles, a leader in medical technology in the field of interventional oncology using embolic and drug-device combination products. (2 year lease)
2,000 sq ft of offices let to Geobond Piling Contractors. (10 year lease).
1,000 sq ft of offices let to Now We Comply, a specialist in providing innovative Cloud based compliance software. (inclusive terms for 12 months).
