Wadham & Isherwood, Farnham acting for Caroline South Associates, a privately owned company that has become the foremost fragrance and cosmetic agency in the UK, have tied in a sale of the company’s old headquarters in Chobham and also acquired for them a freehold purpose built office building in Woking situated in close proximity to Woking mainline railway station. Wadham & Isherwood had in fact acquired the Chobham building for the company back in the 1990’s, the building being arranged on ground and one upper floor providing a net useable office area of some 1,168 sq.ft. plus a range of garages adjoining totaling some 717 sq.ft. which have been used for storage. The building has been sold for a figure in excess of £500,000 to a local building company, SMRM Developments Limited, who will be occupying most of the accommodation as their head office.

Wadham & Isherwood were able to coordinate completion of the purchase of Mistral House in Woking on a freehold basis this building being arranged on ground and one upper floor totaling some 3,610 sq.ft. with adjoining private car park. The property has been bought for CSA with vacant possession of the first floor whilst the ground floor is let to a computer design company for a term expiring in 2020. Caroline South Associates have moved into the first floor following substantial refurbishment works to the building.
