DUKES COURT, WOKING
Wadham and Isherwood acting on behalf of Petrofac have recently surrendered 7240 sq ft at Dukes Court, Woking.
The surrender deal was agreed as part of a larger deal to let Plan International take a new lease of 25,000 sq ft in the building.
Wadham and Isherwood on behalf of Maybury Developments Ltd have recently let 2,088 sq ft at Mistral House, 95 Maybury Road, Woking.
The property has been let to Jackel International Ltd for a term of 3 years at an initial rent of £30,276 per annum exclusive (£14.50 per sq ft).
28 COMMERCIAL WAY, WOKING
Wadham and Isherwood acting on behalf of AT and DR Edgley Property Investment Partnership have recently let 1631 sq ft at 28 Commercial Way, Woking.
The property which comprises the entire self contained upper parts of the building has been taken by Anglian Windows Ltd on the basis of a 5 year lease, which incorporates tenants break at the end of the 3rd year of the term at a rent of £20,388 pax (£12.50 per sq ft). The lease was granted outside the provision of Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and an incentive package incorporating a period of rent free was included in the deal.
