Thames River Capital have obtained planning consent to extend and transform Beaufort House into an energy efficient Grade A Headquarters Office Building.
The building will provide approximately 29,413 sq.ft. of accommodation arranged on Ground, First and Second floors, together with 41 car spaces in the basement. Work can start on site in December 2012 which will produce a completed development by the middle of 2014.
